| Shipping and Returns
All shipping charges are automatically calculated by weight and package dimensions prior to purchase by the shipping service we use. These calculations will only be made for orders to be delivered in the Continental United States and can be viewed before your order is finalized. For customers requiring expedited service, we also offer air and overnight delivery if the order is received before 2pm. Please call us toll free at 877-626-0877 to make special shipping arrangements, including arrangements for overseas shipping.
All items are shipped in factory sealed cartons and are factory new. Carrier services used are at the discretion of DB Management / AquaMonster and may include the US Postal Service.
Orders will generally be shipped within 3 to 6 (3-6) business days. In the event we have problems fulfilling your order in a timely manner, we will notify you.

If you need to return an item, please, note the following:
All returns must be in resalable condition.
Defective items can be returned or exchanged only after proper authorization.
Purchases made by credit card will only be refunded to the same credit card.
Shipping charges in the amount actually incurred (which may be different from the S&H you were charged) will not be refunded.
We will give you an Authorization form and specific shipping instructions.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless they have a manufacturer defect or were damaged during shipping. If defective or damaged items are returned, we will re-ship a replacement item at no additional charge.
Conditions of Sale
Fulfillment of all orders is carried out by DB Management, LC, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Your Credit Card statement will show a charge by DB Management on behalf of AquaMonster for your Online Purchases by Secure Server.
Your privacy will be fully protected. We will not use the information provided by you for any other purpose, but to complete and fulfill the transaction of your purchase of AquaMonster products. You will not receive any mailings or phone calls from our sales team, unless directly related to your order, or unless requested by you.

DBManagement / AquaMonster cannot be held liable for typographical or computer errors. In the event of such error, we reserve the right to cancel your order; in which case, we will notify you promptly and refund your purchase. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of Palm Beach County, Florida, USA. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders with Florida shipping or billing addresses. All duties and other taxes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
